Day 2, Friday - Keith and Vicki avoided the stormy Thursday weather in the Sierras and drove over the mountain on Friday. The rare Spring snow, which prompted two different ski runs to declare themselves open for Memorial Day skiing, looked more like some really temporary wet slop!
And here's the view up Ski Run Blvd. - I didn't see any skiiers or boarders (but, in fact, I did see a woman in a swimsuit and towel near the boat ramp!) -
