Moon Rocks (Pyramid Lake)

Take I-80 to Reno.  Exit at Sparks on Exit 18, Pyramid Way, Highway 445 (note that Exit 18 is about 2.3 miles past Highway 395 North turnoff).  Proceed about 17.2 miles on Pyramid Way, then veer left on Winnemucca Ranch Road (gravel road).   Go about 6.4 miles; turn left on dirt road.  Drive one mile towards "Cathedral Rocks" and the campsite will be on the right (about 4600 feet elevation).
